CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
CSA subscribers receive a box of produce every week throughout the growing season, which is roughly from June to mid-October.
At The Farm, we are starting to have members old and new sign up for our CSA for
this season. Winter and early spring is a really good time for us to have people join...
We are still farming at that time of year, but have less income because the crops aren't in yet...
We are preparing the greenhouse, ordering and starting seeds,
watering, transplanting, repairing machinery, etc...
The original concept of CSA was started in the early 1990's as a way to help
farmers through the winter when income slows as well as
supplying consumers with farm fresh vegetables.
  •     Your box will be generously filled with produce and herbs
that are in season that week. Boxes may include:

Like you, we are buying our produce from the store now; we find ourselves
spoiled by the freshness and quality that straight from the field had offered...
